As part of the Wagshal’s Family of Fine Foods, Spring Valley Catering is focused on providing our customers with delicious food for any occasion. At Spring Valley Catering, we believe “it’s all about the food.” We use only the best ingredients in our recipes: Grade A Prime Aged Black Angus Beef, hormone free chicken, locally grown pork, organic seafood and produce, hand selected cheeses, fresh baked breads & our own deli meats, all provided by our Market and Delicatessen. Our exquisite cakes are custom designed and baked in house by our talented European trained Pastry Chef.
